So our flatmate is moving out as his transfer to different city by 31st of this month. We're looking for a guy (actually we don't mind girls but our land lady won't allow that and we too love our apartment) in age group of 21-26 and unmarried and party animal like us and share the same love for alcohol, electronic music and music festivals as one of us work for Budweiser, now you can imagine! And and and the same OCD for keeping the apartment clean.
So this is what we require and this is what you have to pay for all the luxury in Rassaz Castle, 8th floor, Gundavali, Chakala, Andheri East, sharing a flat with four good looking and intelligent guys. Flat is on Western Express Highway, Chakala, Near WEH metro station. Flat is only a kilometre away from Andheri Station and just 3kms from airport.
Deposit- 34000
Monthly- 11,200 by 5th of every month
Maid- 5k/5 as of now (Inflation is everywhere)
Electricity- Depends on usage/5
Vegetables and groceries- ₹/5
Monthly expenditure for per person goes approx 15-17k
Extra cherries-

Party excess for some of Budweiser nights (for that you've to be loyal to Budweiser for lifetime, you can't even take name of other brands)
