2 BHK Apartment

Description

Looking for a female flatmate. A beautiful well ventilated 2BHK flat has a spot in Safdarjung Enclave, Arjun Nagar, near the small market (where there is It's Greek to me restaurant and HDFC Bank) opposite Deer Park. There are two approach roads -- one that's preferred is the short posh lane leading up to the flat and the other is the long winding road from Sukhmani hospital. If you take the former you within a walk of 2 mins land up at the flat . Not bad eh?
Here are some details on the space .
2BHK
1 living hall
1 spacious modular kitchen (kitchen is stocked)
A common Balcony
And a utterly cute terrace.
With the flat you get a set up kitchen. TV. Fridge. And some basic furniture to be used in common living space.
You would need to get your personal furniture - a bed and also a washing machine.
Some great washing machine deals are available second hand and we can sort that in no time. Easy peasy! But you'd need to be ready to invest in the washing machine as i got the fridge.

Rent is 12,000/-
Maid - 1000-1500 approx
Electricity and other utilities as per usage.

The place is all clean, scrubbed and ready to move in.
In the vicinity you have the gorgeous deer park (5 min walk), the hip areas like Green Park, Hauz Khas Market, Safdarjung Market, Aurobindo Market.
Arjun Nagar has many daily utility shops, there's a reliance fresh next doors. Monthly costs will be well.managed as we live at the cusp of posh Safdarjung and affordable Arjun Nagar. Approach road is fantastic if you take the Safdarjung market entry side as discussed in the post. Friendly neighbours. And great flat guaranteed.
I need to choose a flatmate asap. If you're serious, and will book soon - message me. I require a person who respects personal space, pays rent on time, is courteous and fun and is able to make this pad a homely abode along with me.
